NOTICE: A rate increase will be in affect for reservations made after February 1, 2010, making the weekly fee $895.
Deposit Required: $450 at time of reservation
Refund Policy: A full refund will be provided if:
  • The house is left in good condition with nothing missing or damaged.
  • The reservation is cancelled 60 or more days prior to the reserved date.
  • Renter does not violate state, federal or town ordinances during stay.
Additional Damage Liability Notice: In the event that damage to the property exceeds the amount of the deposit, the renter will be liable for additional costs incurred, and if necessary, court costs to recover damages.
